Dr. Richard from the Pediatric Center in LA speaks with Dr. Eric Fishman of EHRtv™ about his experience as an Allscripts Professional EMR (electronic medical record) user. He also discusses his expectations for the future of the electronic medical records (EMR) industry. Like most physicians, Dr. Richard looks forward to improved interconnectivity to laboratories, hospitals, and other medical practices, including his local pediatric offices. While attending the Allscripts Client Experience (ACE) 09 event, Dr. Richard benefited greatly from the electronic medical record (EMR) educational sessions, learning how to maximize his medical practice’s use of the Allscripts Professional EMR software.
