I have had a chance to work on Logician, and now a product from Cerner. It seems to me the challenge is more than just having the right information available on every encounter. The real challenge is getting as much of that as possible on one screen, in a way that “flows.” For whatever reason, the number of clicks needed to get to information has become critical. Does anyone else who reads this agree? Would appreciate your thoughts.

A great interview. My own healthcare agency has geared up with a new project team to help with ARRA related help for our 500+ physician group in southwest MO. I would love to have heard more on the this topic from Dr. Middleton.
