Amy Monaghan: Hi, I am Amy Monaghan with and today I’m with Jason Morgan, the COO and Co-Founder of iPractice Group and we are at MGMA 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Jason, tell me a little bit about iPractice Group

Jason Morgan: Well, iPractice Group, we are new to MGMA this year and what we do is we focus on the small independent practices and provide them everything they need, IT wise, everything from EHRs to practice management software, support, hardware – everything that they need to become compliant and receive Meaningful Use incentives.

Amy Monaghan: So, tell me a little bit about how you can set yourself apart from your competitors.

Jason Morgan: Well, the other vendors that are here that most people are familiar with are software providers and they make great software but the focus is on also the support and implementation and the deployment and that’s where we excel. We provide all of the different features and all of the different products that the providers need and make them all work together so they have one number to call and one vendor to work with. So, it all works together.

Amy Monaghan: It seems like you make it very easy for them.

Jason Morgan: We try to make it as easy as possible for them. We handle all of the heavy lifting and let them focus on what matters the most which is the patients.

Amy Monaghan: Very good. Tell me a little bit about what you are showcasing at MGMA this year.

Jason Morgan: Well, we are new this year and so we are showing off our software. We are a Greenway provider. We install the Greenway software and we are also showing all of the methodology and the way in which we implement and support our customers. So, for example, when you call our team for support, we have a dedicated team that’s assigned to each client. So, when you call in, you only get the same seven or eight people. No matter how big we might grow or how many clients we might have, you don’t call in a big call center, your calls don’t go overseas.

Amy Monaghan: Jason, is there anything else that you think our viewers would like to know about you and iPractice Group?

Jason Morgan: Well, what iPractice Group does best is we send people on site to deploy the software and IT products. So, whether you are in Maine or in California or in Washington state or Florida or anywhere in between, we send somebody on site to help deploy our products and put them in your practice and make sure that they work and support calls are all answered right where we are based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Amy Monaghan: Well, that’s fantastic. I appreciate you taking the time to speak to us.

Thank you so much.

Jason Morgan: Absolute. Thank you.
